Paul Zwart - 40+ years experience coaching & building business teams

Starting out at the tender age of 14, Paul has tried his hand at many different types of work in various industries throughout his career, all from working at a milk run and as a kitchen hand, to getting his qualification certificate as an electrician.
Together with his wife Kym, Paul bought into, and turned the Stirling Sports Manukau City Superstore arguably into one of the largest privately owned general sports stores in New Zealand. After many glorious years with the franchise group, working closely with business partners and a large group of loyal team members they regarded as close friends, it was time for new challenges.
After a three-year stint in hospitality, Paul and Kym decided it was finally time to put their passion for home renovations to good use. Right through his working career, Paul had always been hands-on with the tools, executing all sorts of home maintenance and kitchen/bathroom renovations on a number of projects, and it made perfect sense to acquire a custom cabinetry business. To their delight, JT Cabinetry came with a small team of likeminded experienced team members who are as customer focused and dedicated as they are, and who share the same values and aspirations.
In honour of Colin & Lynn Taylor, the founders of the Stirling Sports franchise, Paul and Kym decided to rename the business STiRLiNG KiTCHENS Manufacturing, delivering quality kitchen, bathroom and storage cabinetry to clients all over Auckland.
Paul is a passionate leader who leads from the front, always putting the team first. Throughout his career, Paul has distinguished himself through his strong consumer focus, always dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements of internal as well as external customers, establishing and maintaining long-term effective customer relationships.
Craig Marshall - Master of all trades

Craig comes with a wealth of industry knowledge, having been in the industry for more than 40 years.
Craig’s leadership and attention to detail in all aspects of bespoke projects is exceptional. He particularly ensures that the clients’ needs, as well as aspirations are more than met, and in most cases exceeded.
Craig recognizes the importance of spending more time engaging with the client at the front end of each project, executing comprehensive site measures/surveys, and planning the design layout, including the use of appropriate materials, hardware and colours. Years of experience has taught him that this does not only ensure the right functionality for the clients needs, but more importantly it adds value to the property. Spending this time making sure that everything is exactly right prior to proceeding to the in-house production team for manufacturing means that there are less mistakes or hiccups for his team mates, and sets everyone up for a hassle-free installation.

Wayne Crow - Production Team leader
Wayne has over 40 years experience working in the custom cabinetry category in New Zealand. Wayne has multiple abilities and is capable of working with everything from sheet metal to all forms of wood products, including fabrication, welding, tech drawing, and cabinetry assembly.
Stacy Crooks - All round experienced Team member
Over 25 years’ experience working with all forms of wood products from native timber to modern laminated board, Stacy has a passion for, and thrives on the more challenging projects. He loves having the ability of seeing projects through from the planning stages, manufacture to installation and final sign off, working closely with sub-contractors to ensure our values / standards are aligned.
